Have you recently used your values to make a decision? In our hectic lives it can be hard to find time to reflect on what our values are and even harder to ponder how we could use them more in practice!

At this networking seminar you'll have a chance to share your experiences and thoughts with like-minded women on questions including:

• What people in your personal or professional life do you admire? Why?
• Can you think of a time you "lived" one of your values? How did it feel?
• What tips do you have for people seeking to uncovering their values?
