You’ll need to register in order to send questions to the ‘experts’, take part in discussions on the messageboard and to provide your own content.
What kind of information will I need to provide to register?

- Where you live (country, and if NZ, which region)

- Qualification
- Your profession
- Your employment status
- How did you find out about our site
Why do you need to know all that?
Part of our vision is to gain a greater understanding of the issues facing women working in corporate and professional service firms in New Zealand. To do this, we need to look at trends in how the site is used and the kind of issues being raised and discussed. As such, we will be cross-referencing our findings with our data base of user profiles. This information will help us gain a greater understanding of your needs and how we can best structure our site to meet them.
We would like to assure you that all your personal information will be kept strictly private and confidential. We will only be looking at GENERAL TRENDS across our user group.
If I provide content through asking the expert a question, or by any other means, will my name be shown?
Absolutely not, unless you specify you would like us to show your real name (for example, if you send us an article and would like people to know who wrote it). We know how important it can be to remain anonymous. For moderation and quality purposes we will ask for your email address when you contribute anything. However, we will never publish your name or email address without your permission.
Will the personal information I provide be kept confidential to your site?
We reiterate that all the personal information you provide us as part of your registration will be kept completely confidential.
The personal identifying information we ask you to provide us as part of the registration process will only be used by us.
NO PERSONAL INFORMATION WILL BE GIVEN OR SOLD TO ANY OTHER COMPANY OR WEB SITE.
However, we will be using generic aggregated information with no personal identifiers to prepare reports and commentary.
AT NO POINT WILL ANY INDIVIDUAL INFORMATION BE SINGLED OUT.
Can I invite other people to join the site?
We absolutely encourage you to invite other people to join our site.
We value word of mouth more than any other form of promotion. We believe that word of mouth referrals are a personal and positive reinforcement of what we’re doing.
To show our appreciation of your goodwill, over time, we intend to provide members who have invited 10 or more new registered users with premier user status. This status will enable you to put your own stamp on our site. Specifically, you can start your own discussion group and/or your own blog. Once we provide this service, you’ll be able to take advantage of this status at any time in the year from becoming eligible.
Will you be e-mailing me all sorts of annoying newsletters and promotional materials?
NO. We will never send you any unsolicited material. Any promotions will be confined to the site itself. You can, however, choose to receive our newsletters, which will come out when we have items we think are truly worth your looking at.
