We ship anywhere in the world free of charge. Our preferred
sending method is NZ Post Courier.
We aim to despatch orders within 2 working days of
your payment.
If you live in New Zealand and are not at a Rural Delivery
address, you should expect to receive your goods within a week
of payment. Add a working day for Rural Delivery, 3 working days
for Australia and five for anywhere further afield. If your goods
have not arrived, please contact us our Customer Service Desk at service@professionelle.co.nz
and we will chase it up for you.
Events Bookings
For bookings made for Professionelle events, your purchase
confirmation email is your ticket. We do not post anything further
to you. A day before the event, however, you will receive an email
recapping the organisational details, for your convenience and
reference.
